1. Homepage Overview

UltraWorkspace opens to your project dashboard — this is where you start.

Project Dashboard

Three main actions are available from the homepage:

  • ① Create a new project — Start a fresh configuration from scratch
  • ② Open existing project — Open a previously saved .umpf file
  • ③ Recent projects — Quickly access your most recently edited projects

2. Create New Project

Set up your project file before you start configuring.

  • ① Project name — Enter a name for your configuration project
  • ② Save path — Use the default path or choose your own folder
  • ③ Save & create — Click to create the project and enter the workspace

3. Project Home Interface

The main workspace — nine key areas to know.

Dropdown Menu & Settings

  • Close Project — Return to the project homepage
  • Save Project As — Save a copy of your project file
  • Settings — Configure app preferences (e.g., auto-start)

Online Store

Download official plugin packs from the store.

  • Install — Download and install a plugin pack
  • Installed — Plugin is already installed

CoreBar Connection

  • Before connection — Shows CoreBar IP and SN for identification
  • After connection — Shows IP address, allows switching between CoreBars
  • Note: One project can only connect to one CoreBar

Deploy

Push all configurations to CoreBar with one click.

  • Sends Profiles, widgets, module assignments, and layouts
  • Deploys over Wi-Fi — no cables needed

Profile Configuration

  • Profile list — Switch between different workspace configurations
  • Star icon — Default Profile (loads on CoreBar startup)
  • New Profile — Create a new workspace configuration
  • Edit — Rename, set as default, or delete a Profile

CoreBar Display Window

  • Display content — Shows currently configured widgets
  • Scroll bar — Drag to scroll the screen
  • Reorder — Long-press to reorder widgets
  • Select — Click to enter widget configuration

Module Add

  • No — Module not yet added to the project
  • Yes — Module already added
  • Add — Add selected modules to the project
  • Module list — All added modules are listed here

Widget Library

  • Widget library — All default widgets available
  • Cloud plugin management — Plugin packs downloaded from the store
  • Reload — Reload the current plugin library
  • Uninstall Plugin — Remove a plugin pack (can be re-downloaded)

Widget Configuration

  • Select widget — Click any widget on the simulator
  • Configuration panel — Adjust settings for the selected widget

5. Module Configuration

Configure each magnetic module — right-click for options, then dive into module-specific settings.

Module Right-Click Menu

  • Detail — View module details, rename, check version/SN, and perform OTA firmware updates
  • Replace — Replace with a new module (transfer configuration)
  • Delete — Remove the module from the project

VivoCube Configuration

  • Config — Network configuration and layer/widget settings
  • Layer selection — Choose layers and widgets (configured in Config)
  • Action configuration — Assign actions to each widget
  • Enabled toggle — Enable/disable the current action
  • CoreBar popup — Configure popup display content
  • Action list — Entry point and list of configured actions

  • Key selection — Choose which DotKey key to configure
  • Action type — Click, double-click, or long-press
  • Enabled — Toggle action on/off
  • CoreBar popup — Configure popup display

  • Config type — Click or Rotation
  • Click — Single, double, or long press
  • Rotation — Left rotation and right rotation independently configurable
