Do This First

Do not flash any firmware until you have recorded your Device ID, Wi-Fi MAC, and Bluetooth MAC. These values are unique to your device and will be erased during a full firmware flash.

Find Your Device Information

On your Astrion Remote, navigate to Setting → About → Device ID.

1. Device ID (Serial Number)

Go to Settings → About → Device ID

Look for Device ID.

📋 Example Device ID: 0127A260301T0251

2. Wi-Fi MAC Address

Look for Wi-Fi MAC Address

Usually found under Settings → System Settings →  Network & Internet → Wi-Fi → Wi-Fi  preferences

📋 Example Wi-Fi MAC: AA:BB:CC:DD:EE:FF

3. Bluetooth MAC Address

Look for Bluetooth MAC Address

Usually found under Settings → System Settings → Bluetooth.

📋 Example Bluetooth MAC: AA:BB:CC:DD:EE:FF

Save These Values

Store Them Safely

Write down these three values or take a photo of the screen. You will need them to restore your device after flashing.

Use the checklist below to confirm you have recorded everything:

  • Device ID (16-character alphanumeric)
  • Wi-Fi MAC (12 hexadecimal digits)
  • Bluetooth MAC (12 hexadecimal digits)
